REMEDIAL SPORTS MASSAGE
A deeper style of remedial sports massage is used to release the deeper muscle groups and a longer treatment is beneficial to release entrapped nerves and aid recovery.

30 - 45 Minute TMJ Treatment
To prevent teeth grinding and jaw popping due to overly tight jaw muscles.
30 - 45 Minute Carpal Tunnel Treatment
An affective treatment to aide and reduce referral pain to the wrist and improve movement without severe nerve pain.
30 - 45 Minute Planta Fasciitis
This treatment will relax the facia attachment and work on the muscle chain from the gluts, hamstrings and calf muscles.
30 - 45 Minute Dry Needling
This technique is used to stimulates the deeper muscles, ligaments, tendons causing the pain.
1 - 1.5 hr Skeletal Low Back Treatment
