This is our Return and Refund Policy for all buyers.

Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Terms of return (Our return policy is strictly 14 days from the original invoice date and accompanied with a returned goods form)
• State of return (Unopened / uncontaminated / undamaged in original container with invoice)
• Reason for return (Damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (Please contact our office as soon as possible and we will look into your request)
• Process of refund (We will need your bank details to complete a bank transaction to process your refund and the duration of time will depend on the bank)
